•Dangerous Goods
From January 2010, ADR Regulations require all companies issuing instructions for the transport of dangerous goods to include tunnel codes on the Transport Document given to the haulier. When ADR Regulations were revised in 2009, many businesses were unaware of their new responsibilities for the Transport Document. Consequently operations procedures may not be updated in line with the new Regulations.
